The data we collect are: Name, Date of Birth, Income, Sex, Marital Status, Address, Schooling, Telephone numbers to contact you (mobile, home or office), Social Security Number and Email.

“SkyCapital Innovación Inmobiliaria®” to fulfill the purposes mentioned below, it does not collect or process sensitive personal data.

Primary purposes.
“SkyCapital Innovación Inmobiliaria®” will process your personal data to fulfill the primary and necessary purposes described below, which, by way of example but not limitation, are:

Means and Procedure to exercise ARCO Rights or revocation of consent for the Processing of Personal Data. You or your legal representative can exercise which ever of your ARCO rights (access, ratification, cancelation or opposition), as well as limit the use or disclosure of your data or revoke your consent by contacting the Privacy Committee of “SkyCapital Innovación Inmobiliaria®” through this email: comunicacion@skycapital.mx

Your request should be through the Single Application for the Exercise of ARCO Rights de “SkyCapital Innovación Inmobiliaria®” (Forward “The Application”) that you can find at the end of this Privacy Notice, this document has the needed information. For the Committee of Privacy of “SkyCapital Innovación Inmobiliaria®” can follow your request, you or your legal representative will accredit your identity and fill “The Application”.

In case that the information provided in “Your Application” is wrong or less than the required, either accreditation documents are missing, the Privacy Committee of “SkyCapital Innovación Inmobiliaria® can request additional documents or information that are necessary within five working days.

10 (ten) business days will be provided for you to answer the request, starting from the day after your reception. If the Privacy Committee of "SkyCapital Innovación Inmobiliaria®"doesn’t receive a response from you within the established period, it will be considered as "The Request" wasn’t submitted.

The Privacy Committee of "SkyCapital Innovación Inmobiliaria®" will notify you of the determination adopted, within a maximum period of 20 (twenty) business days, counted from the date on which the complete and correct "Application" was received, if appropriate, make it effective within 15 (fifteen) business days after you receive the response. The response will be delivered electronically to the email address specified in "The Request".

Options and Means to Limit the Use or Disclosure of Your Personal Data.
You may limit the use or disclosure of your personal data by sending your request to the Privacy Committee of "SkyCapital Innovación Inmobiliaria®" to the email address comunicacion@skycapital.mx.

The requirements to prove your identity, as well as the procedure to attend your request will be the ones indicated in the previous section. In case your requirement is appropriate, the Privacy Committee of "SkyCapital Innovación Inmobiliaria®” will register you on the exclusion list in order you stop receiving our promotions.
